We are required under the Accreditation Standards to ensure that all staff members are appropriately trained to undertake their roles in the workplace. We also know that education and training opportunities for staff are the factors that differentiate mediocre organisations from quality organisations. All staff members need to have access to education and training opportunities that are of a high standard, relevant, current and appropriate to the environment in which they work. At Oakden Green, we recognise the importance of investing in our staff through education and training.
We ensure that each staff has the opportunity to identify their own learning needs through an annual survey and also during each employee’s annual performance review. Opportunities are available for all our staff to participate in our online learning training.
Our own Online Training means many training programs can be accessed at a time and place of you are choosing.
